Refund Policy

We make it quite easy to request a refund when we are unable to fulfill or satisfy your project requirements. Just contact us, and one of our customer success representatives will contact you within a few hours.

Note:

We put in lots of effort in order to deliver the services as agreed. However, at times, we may offer a full refund if the said services are not delivered as per our service terms supplied to you in our business proposal.

If you choose to cancel the service, refunds are processed after a deduction of 25% towards the administration fee; refunds can be requested within 30 days of payment for the services.

There are no refunds offered on products/services that are sold at discounted pricing and for any delays caused due to external factors, government processes, and delays in service delivery due to clients.
